Faculty of Agriculture, Udayana University Establishes Academic Service SOPs for 2025
The Faculty of Agriculture, Udayana University remains committed to improving the quality of academic services that are fast, accurate, transparent, and accountable. As part of strengthening service governance, the Faculty of Agriculture has established Academic Service Standard Operating Procedures, or SOPs, which are effective as of January 1, 2025.
These SOPs were prepared by the Education and Cooperation Subdivision of the Faculty of Agriculture, Udayana University and approved by the Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture, Udayana University, I Putu Sudiarta, S.P., M.Si., Ph.D. The preparation of these SOPs refers to various regulations related to higher education, public information disclosure, national higher education standards, and academic administrative service provisions.
Strengthening Digital-Based Academic Services
Academic services are carried out through the use of IMISSU, SIMAK-NG, and SIRAISA systems to support orderly, transparent, and well-documented administrative processes.
Types of Academic Service SOPs
SOP for Transfer, Withdrawal, and Academic Leave Applications
This SOP regulates the service flow for students who apply for academic status changes, including transfer, withdrawal, and academic leave. The process begins with data input through SIMAK-NG using an IMISSU account, submission of documents to the study program, and verification and forwarding of the application to the faculty and rectorate levels.
SOP for Yudisium Registration
This SOP serves as a service guideline for students who are completing their studies and participating in the yudisium process. Registration is carried out online through SIMAK-NG using each student’s IMISSU account, followed by document verification by the study program and faculty.
Flow of Transfer, Withdrawal, and Academic Leave Applications
- Students input data in the activity history menu through SIMAK-NG using their IMISSU account.
- Students submit application documents to the study program and upload the documents through SIMAK-NG.
- The study program checks the completeness of the documents and prepares an online cover letter to the Dean through SIRAISA.
- The Dean reviews the application and disposes it to the Vice Dean for Academic Affairs and Planning.
- The application is processed in stages through the Administrative Coordinator, Subcoordinator, and academic staff.
- The letter is processed, assigned a number through SIRAISA, reviewed, and signed by the Dean.
- The letter is forwarded to the Rector and copied to the study program and academic division through SIRAISA.
- Students receive an official response letter from the Rectorate through the Faculty and SIMAK.
Flow of Yudisium Registration
- Students register for yudisium online through SIMAK-NG using their IMISSU account.
- Students ensure that all required yudisium documents are complete in their IMISSU account.
- The study program verifies and validates the student documents.
- Students upload the required yudisium documents according to the applicable provisions for validation at the faculty level.
- The faculty requests the Graduation Certificate, or SKL, number through the SIRAISA operator.
- The faculty prints the SKL and requests initials from the relevant officials.
- The SKL is submitted for the Dean’s signature.
- The signed SKL is handed over to the student.
- Students print the yudisium registration proof according to the applicable provisions.
Objectives of SOP Implementation

- * To provide a clear service flow for students, study programs, and the faculty.
- * To support the management of academic service archives in both manual and digital formats.
- * To strengthen information system-based academic service governance.
- * To support the development of an Integrity Zone toward clean and service-oriented faculty governance.
