Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Udayana Holds Flag Ceremony to Commemorate the 59th Anniversary of FP and the 48th Anniversary of BKFP

Jimbaran, Bali – The Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Udayana (FP Unud), held a Flag Ceremony to commemorate the 59th Anniversary of the Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Udayana, and the 48th Anniversary of the Faculty of Agriculture Family Association (BKFP) on Tuesday, 1 September 2026. This event served as an important moment to strengthen togetherness, reflect on the institution’s journey, and reaffirm the Faculty of Agriculture’s commitment to delivering innovation and sustainable contributions to society.

The flag ceremony was held at the Bukit Jimbaran Campus of the Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Udayana, and was attended by the entire academic community of the Faculty of Agriculture. Based on the official invitation letter of the Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Udayana Number B/1276/UN14.2.6/HM.00.00/2026 dated 26 August 2026, all members of the academic community were invited to participate in the series of activities as part of the faculty’s anniversary celebration.

Carrying the theme Working Together, Innovating, and Creating Global Impact for Sustainability the 59th Anniversary of the Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Udayana, and the 48th Anniversary of BKFP reflects the faculty’s commitment to continuous growth through collaboration, academic innovation, research, and community service.

The series of activities began with participant registration from 07.00 to 08.00 WITA. The anniversary flag ceremony then took place from 08.00 to 09.17 WITA, featuring several agendas, including the opening ceremony, formation preparation, salute to the ceremony commander, the raising of the Indonesian Red and White Flag, the recitation of Pancasila, a moment of silence, the reading of the Preamble of the 1945 Constitution, the speech by the ceremony leader, and a prayer session.

As part of the anniversary celebration, the event continued with a tumpeng cutting ceremony and bird release as symbols of gratitude and hope for the continued progress and sustainability of the Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Udayana, in the future. The activity was scheduled from 08.47 to 09.17 WITA.

The anniversary celebration of the Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Udayana, was not merely a ceremonial event, but also a reflection of the faculty’s long-standing journey in producing excellent human resources, generating agricultural innovations, and strengthening the role of higher education institutions in supporting sustainable agricultural development.

Through the spirit of collaboration and innovation, the Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Udayana, continues to strengthen its commitment to improving the quality of education, research, and community engagement with a global perspective, in line with future challenges in agricultural development and environmental sustainability.
