Evaluation of achievements and non-achievement, as well as analysis of root causes and follow-up on performance indicators of FP Unud 2023

Monday, 6 February 2023, at the Senate Meeting Room of the Agrocomplex Building, 2nd floor, Sudirman Campus, Denpasar, an "Evaluation of achievements and non-achievement, as well as analysis of the root causes and follow-up on performance indicators of FP Unud 2022 was held: which was attended by the Dean and all WD FP nud, . UP3M, UP2M, UPIKS, S1-S3 Study Program Coordinators within FP Unud, KTU Coordinators and staffing sub-coordinators (tendik), FP Unud, Staff of the Planning Subdivision of FP Unud.

After opening the meeting, the Dean of FP, Prof. Dr. Ir. I Nyoman Gede Usriyana, M.M gave an opportunity to WD 1 FP, Dr. Ir, Ni Luh Kartini, M.S, to explain the performance achievements of FP Unud in 2022. Then a discussion was held and received input from all meeting participants. This evaluation aims to identify the root causes of the performance of FP Unud 2022, and seek follow-up efforts to improve the achievement of Performance Indicators for 2023. These follow-up efforts are then sought to be implemented in the form of a program and included in the 2023 FP Unud Work Plan.

The main agenda in today's event is the discussion and evaluation of KPI (Main Performance Indicators) and the efforts needed to achieve the targets in the FP work contract with the Chancellor including realizing achievements in the Udayana University IKU League 2023. One of the things that was lacking in FP was IKU 1 concerns the response rate and its relation to the number of graduates who work for less than six months, continue their education and are self-employed. In 2022 yesterday FP increased its alumni response through a tracer study compared to last year, it turns out that you have to upload a new salary list that is recognized as KPI 1. There is still a lot that FP has to prepare from now on what are the strategies that must be carried out so that in 2023 FP's Main Performance Indicators increase.
