ANNOUNCEMENT CLASSIFICATION OF UNIT LEADERSHIP AT UDAYANA UNIVERSITY

To support the orderly conduct of ceremonies, official events, and protocol activities, Udayana University has established the following classification of unit leadership:

• University Leadership: the Rector and Vice Rectors.
• Primary Unit Leadership (Utama) — Layer 1.
• Intermediate Unit Leadership (Madya) — Layer 2.
• First-Level Unit Leadership (Pratama) — Layer 3.

The positions and units assigned to each category, together with the entries under Layer 4, are detailed in the attachment to the Rector’s letter.

This classification serves as a reference for determining the order of precedence, placement, reception arrangements, invitations, and other protocol arrangements for ceremonies and official events at Udayana University.

Implementation must take into account the standing of university leaders and governing bodies, the nature of the event, the host, and applicable laws and regulations governing protocol.

All units are requested to apply the classification in the attachment consistently when organizing official university activities.
