Faculty of Agriculture, Udayana University Holds Coordination Meeting and Gathering to Strengthen Governance under PTN-BH Status

Denpasar, October 9, 2026 – The Faculty of Agriculture, Udayana University, held a Coordination Meeting and Gathering with all administrative staff on Friday (October 9, 2026), at the Senate Meeting Room, 2nd Floor of the Agrocomplex Building, Udayana University, Denpasar Campus. The meeting, which began at 11:00 AM Central Indonesia Time (WITA), aimed to strengthen coordination, communication, and collaboration among working units following the implementation of Udayana University's new Organizational Structure and Work Procedures (OTK) as a State University with Legal Entity Status (PTN-BH).


The meeting was attended by the Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture, Udayana University, I Putu Sudiarta, S.P., M.Si., Ph.D.; the Vice Dean for Academic and Student Affairs; the Vice Dean for Planning, Resources, and Partnerships; the Head of the Administrative Office; Heads of Sections; and all administrative and support staff within the Faculty of Agriculture, Udayana University.


The meeting began with welcoming remarks and guidance from the Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture, Udayana University. In his remarks, the Dean emphasized the importance of strengthening coordination, enhancing professionalism, and fostering collaboration among all administrative staff to support the effective implementation of the faculty's duties and responsibilities. The transition to the PTN-BH organizational structure represents an important opportunity to improve administrative services, institutional governance, and the quality of academic and non-academic services.


The meeting continued with presentations and guidance from the Vice Deans according to their respective areas of responsibility, followed by the Head of the Administrative Office. This session highlighted the importance of aligning duties, responsibilities, and coordination mechanisms among working units to ensure the effective implementation of faculty programs and activities.


Subsequently, the Heads of Sections were given the opportunity to share their suggestions, perspectives, and concerns regarding administrative operations and services within their respective units. Their contributions played an important role in identifying coordination needs, improving work efficiency, and encouraging continuous improvements in the faculty's administrative service system.


The meeting then proceeded with an interactive discussion and question-and-answer session involving faculty leaders, the Head of the Administrative Office, Heads of Sections, and all administrative staff. During this session, participants had the opportunity to raise questions, express their views, and provide suggestions directly, fostering open and constructive communication within the faculty.


In addition to serving as a coordination forum, the event also provided an opportunity to strengthen personal relationships, promote a sense of togetherness, and foster teamwork between faculty leaders and all administrative staff of the Faculty of Agriculture, Udayana University.


Through this Coordination Meeting and Gathering, all administrative staff are expected to gain a clearer understanding of their respective roles and responsibilities in supporting effective, professional, and adaptive organizational governance in line with Udayana University's development as a State University with Legal Entity Status (PTN-BH).
