Signing of Cooperation between FP Unud and Daewoong Foundation
Denpasar - The Faculty of Agriculture, Udayana University has again established a new collaboration. This time, at the Agrokomplek Building, 2nd Floor, Sudirman Campus, Denpasar, a collaboration was signed with the Daewoong Foundation Korea on Tuesday, April 29, 2025. The collaboration that will be implemented is in the form of a Research and Scholarship Program. Daewoong Korea wants to provide opportunities for FP students who want to conduct research on Smart Farming and Cultivation and tissue culture of Strawberry and Tomato Stevia fruits.
Kim Ji Won as the representative manager of the Daewoong Foundation emphasized that they will provide scholarships for students who will conduct research and provide convenience in conducting research on their Farm located in Munduk Village, Buleleng Regency. Through this collaboration, it is also hoped that they can share the knowledge possessed by each party. Dean of FP Unud I Putu Sudiarta, S.P., MSi., Ph.D. welcomed the offer from the Daewoong Foundation and hoped that the collaboration could be implemented soon. The collaboration offered will be able to increase the insight and scientific experience of FP Unud students. In the near future, socialization regarding the Collaboration program will be carried out to lecturers and students of the Faculty of Agriculture, Udayana University.
