Faculty of Agriculture, Udayana University, Strengthens Collaboration with Pancasari Village

PANCASARI, September 18, 2026 – The Faculty of Agriculture, Udayana University, organized a research dissemination activity and signed a Cooperation Agreement with Pancasari Village, Sukasada District, Buleleng Regency. The event was attended by the Dean and Vice Deans of the Faculty of Agriculture, faculty members, Pancasari Village officials, and members of the local community. It provided an opportunity to strengthen collaboration between the university and the community through the dissemination of research findings and the development of local potential.

The first series of activities took place at Pura Puncak Sari in Pancasari and involved local community members in the research dissemination program. One of the main activities was the presentation of “Pesona Desa Pancasari”, a book written by lecturers from the Faculty of Agriculture, to the community. The book represents an academic contribution to documenting and promoting the potential, distinctive characteristics, community life, and natural resources of Pancasari Village.

The book presentation continued at the Pancasari Village Office as part of the official handover of the publication to the village administration. “Pesona Desa Pancasari” is expected to serve as a valuable source of information and documentation for both the community and the village government.

Through this research dissemination activity, the Faculty of Agriculture, Udayana University, reaffirmed its commitment to connecting academic research with the practical needs of communities. The collaboration with Pancasari Village is expected to develop into a sustainable partnership that benefits local residents and supports village development based on knowledge and local potential.
