ANNOUNCEMENT ON THE USE OF THE NEW UDAYANA UNIVERSITY EMBLEM
With reference to the Rector of Udayana University’s letter Number B/9506/UN14/OT.01.01/2026 dated 5 October 2026, all units within Udayana University are requested to use the new Udayana University emblem on all official documents prepared for printing, as well as for any new printing or procurement undertaken after the issuance of the letter.
Documents bearing the previous emblem that had already been printed or were in the process of being printed under procurement arrangements made before the issuance of the letter may continue to be used until 31 December 2026. This transitional provision does not permit reprinting or new procurement using the previous emblem.
The emblem must also be updated on uniforms, banners, backdrops, certificates, awards, identification cards, official vehicles, buildings, signage, social media, websites, and souvenirs. Other institutional identity elements, including unit names, position titles, letterheads, official seals, stamps, email addresses, and official communication media, must also be adjusted in accordance with the applicable provisions.
Where the words “Universitas Udayana” appear around the emblem, the Udayana University emblem featuring Widya Cakra Prawartana shall be used. Where these words do not appear around the emblem, Widya Cakra Prawartana bearing the inscription “UNIVERSITAS UDAYANA BALI ·1962” shall be used.
Heads of units are requested to conduct an inventory and gradually update all documents, publication materials, digital templates, and official supplies bearing the university’s identity. The current guidelines for official correspondence shall remain in effect until new guidelines are established.
