Agricamp, Faculty of Agriculture, Udayana University at the Campground, Margarana
The Faculty of Agriculture, Udayana University carries out Agricamp activities on Monday-Wednesday, January 23-25 2023 at the Margarana Camping Ground. The Agricamp participants are new students class of 2022 and old students of the Faculty of Agriculture, Udayana University who have not participated in/did not pass Agricamp activities. Agricamp participants carried out community service in 3 fields, namely Agricultural Service located at Subak Umakaang Kelod Marga, Environmental Service which took place in the Banjar Ole and Banjar Kelaci neighborhoods, and Education Service located at SDN 1 Marga Dauh Puri, SDN 1 Marga, SDN 2 Marga, SDN 3 Marga, SDN 1 Marga Dajan Puri.
The 2023 Agricamp Activities aim to teach students of the agricultural faculty the meaning of service in which we hope to produce new workers who are able to apply their knowledge among farmers and society at large.
This activity is a starting point where students can learn from the community environment which aims to hone the soft skills of each student, as well as prepare themselves to advance and prosper farmers and society at large.
Through the Agricamp activity this time with the theme "Channakya Darmabhakti Acitya" which means an educated person who is able to manifest good service based on knowledge and is expected to be able to build students' concern for society and produce young Udayana farmers who have a high sense of care and dedication and based on Science.
Students are the main pillars in building a strong nation and state. Through the beloved Cacao Campus, it is hoped that it will give birth to students who can become driving agents and are sensitive to the environment and can solve all problems both within themselves and in society. By practicing the Three Pillars of Higher Education from Education, research, and in the end we will implement all of that (community service), which we will live together under the auspices of the big family of the Faculty of Agriculture, Udayana University. As one of the efforts to realize and practice directly the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, the Faculty of Agriculture presents a community service-based activity which is one of the activities to introduce the campus environment called Agricamp Faculty of Agriculture 2023.
