Registration of New Prospective Students of Universitas Udayana Based on the National Selection by Test (SNBT) for the 2026/2027 Academic Year
Universitas Udayana officially announces the registration procedure for new prospective students who have been declared successful through the National Selection Based on Test (SNBT) 2026 for the 2026/2027 Academic Year.
All successful applicants are required to complete the online registration process through the official admission portal at https://admission.unud.ac.id. The registration period starts on May 26, 2026, at 18:00 WITA and ends on June 4, 2026, at 16:00 WITA.
Registration Stages
The registration process consists of several important stages that must be completed by all prospective students.
First, applicants are required to create a registration account through the Universitas Udayana admission system. During this stage, applicants must upload a recent formal photo and a valid identity document containing their National Identity Number, such as an ID card or Family Card.
Second, applicants must complete the Single Tuition Fee / Uang Kuliah Tunggal (UKT) form online. The data submitted in this form will be used by the UKT verification and validation team to determine the applicable UKT group for each prospective student. Applicants are required to upload supporting documents, including Family Card, income statement, electricity bill, land and building tax document, and photos of their residence.
Third, prospective students must undergo a health examination from June 8 to June 10, 2026. All applicants are required to take a drug-free test. Certain study programs require additional health, eye, and psychological tests in accordance with the provisions stated in the official announcement.
Fourth, the determination of the UKT group will be announced through the registration portal on June 10, 2026. Applicants must log in using the same account created during the first registration stage.
Important Information
Prospective students are strongly advised to complete all registration stages according to the schedule. There will be no extension of the registration period. Applicants who fail to complete the required registration process within the specified deadline will be considered to have withdrawn, and their admission status may be cancelled.
All required documents must be prepared in original or legalized form and uploaded in PDF format with a maximum file size of 500 KB. The UKT payment that has been made to the bank cannot be refunded for any reason.
The distribution of new student attributes, including university jackets, faculty caps, university caps, and other items, is scheduled to take place from July 28 to July 31, 2026. Further information will be announced through the official Universitas Udayana website.
