Announcement: Work Attire Guidelines at Udayana University
To All Leaders and Staff of Udayana University
Following the Rector’s Circular Letter Number 11/UN14/SE/2026, dated 6 October 2026, concerning Work Attire at Udayana University, all leaders and staff are requested to comply with the dress code to promote neatness, consistency, and professionalism, and to support the orderly conduct of official duties and ceremonial activities.
The work attire requirements are as follows:
1. **Monday:** University Leaders shall wear formal attire, with ties for men. Male Heads of Primary Units shall wear long-sleeved white shirts and ties, while their female counterparts shall wear formal attire. Heads of Intermediate Units shall wear long-sleeved white shirts. Heads of First-Level Units and other staff shall wear short-sleeved white shirts.
2. **Tuesday:** All leaders and staff shall wear Endek attire.
3. **Wednesday:** All leaders and staff shall wear Batik or Endek attire.
4. **Thursday:** All leaders and staff shall wear traditional attire.
5. **Friday:** All leaders and staff shall wear neat casual attire. T-shirts are not permitted. For formal activities, Endek or Batik tops are required. University Leaders and Heads of Primary Units may pair their casual attire with a blazer.
On **Purnama and Tilem** (full moon and new moon days), Hindu leaders and staff shall wear **traditional attire for worship**. For ceremonies, official meetings, guest receptions, or other official activities, attire may be adjusted according to the nature of the event or instructions from the leadership.
All heads of work units are requested to ensure compliance with these requirements within their respective units. Please give this announcement due attention and implement the requirements responsibly. Thank you for your attention and cooperation.
