Faculty of Agriculture, Udayana University Prepares the 2025 Performance Report
The Faculty of Agriculture, Udayana University has prepared the 2025 Performance Report, known as LAKIN, as a form of accountability for the implementation of programs, activities, and faculty performance achievements in supporting the improvement of higher education quality. This report contains strategic planning, performance achievements, budget realization, innovations, awards, and cooperation programs carried out throughout 2025.

Performance Focus in 2025
In 2025, the performance of the Faculty of Agriculture, Udayana University was directed toward four main strategic targets, namely improving the quality of higher education graduates, improving the quality of lecturers, improving the quality of curriculum and learning, and strengthening work unit governance within Udayana University. These achievements were measured through Key Performance Indicators, or IKU, as stipulated in the Performance Agreement between the Rector of Udayana University and the Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture.
Graduates Employed, Continuing Studies, or Becoming Entrepreneurs
This indicates the achievement of graduates who obtained employment, continued their studies, or became entrepreneurs.
Cooperation per Study Program
This reflects the faculty’s growing cooperation with various strategic partners.
Case Method and Team-Based Project
This reflects the implementation of case-based learning and group project-based learning methods.
SAKIP Predicate
This indicates the achievement of governance and performance accountability at the Faculty of Agriculture.
Budget Realization and Efficiency
In terms of financial management, the Faculty of Agriculture received a budget ceiling of Rp1,965,014,700 and successfully realized Rp1,921,958,771. This realization demonstrates the faculty’s commitment to implementing work programs effectively, efficiently, and accountably.

The Faculty of Agriculture also implemented budget efficiency policies, particularly for official travel expenditure. From the official travel budget allocation of Rp46,256,000, the realization was Rp24,041,000, resulting in budget efficiency of Rp22,215,000.
Faculty Service Innovations
In the field of innovation, the Faculty of Agriculture continues to develop excellent services based on laboratories and academic units. Several innovations include soil fertility sample testing services through the laboratory of the Agroecotechnology Study Program, the utilization of the Subak Laboratory in the Agribusiness Study Program, and garden design software training services in the Landscape Architecture Study Program.
- Soil fertility sample testing services through the laboratory of the Agroecotechnology Study Program.
- Development of the Subak Laboratory as a learning facility and public visit destination in the Agribusiness Study Program.
- Garden design software training through the studio or laboratory of the Landscape Architecture Study Program.
- Initiation of the Agricultural Hospital as a center for plant disease diagnostic services, integrated pest management, and digital-based agricultural service strengthening.
Strategic Cooperation
The Faculty of Agriculture, Udayana University also actively expands cooperation with various partners, including government institutions, business and industry sectors, research institutions, and international partners. These collaborations cover agricultural product testing, land suitability evaluation, supply chain governance strengthening, community training, and agricultural innovation development.
These cooperation programs serve as an important part of strengthening the implementation of the Tridharma of Higher Education and increasing the contribution of the Faculty of Agriculture to society.
